What is a Card Code?
A card code or CVC (Card Validation Code) is a three-digit code indent printed on the back signature panel on MasterCard and Visa cards. It is an added security measure that can help merchants ensure that the buyer has the actual card in hand.

Shipping
We ship within 5-10 business days after the successful charge of your credit card.
Within the USA:

USPS Express arrives 1-2 days, depending on your location, and is guaranteed.

USPS Priority arrives 2-4 days after shipping is not guaranteed
- USPS Parcel Post arrives 6-10 days after shipping and is not guaranteed
- USPS First Class Mail 2-4 days
We recommend Priority as the most economical and best service . Historically, USPS ships quickly and with care, lowering the chance of fragile pieces arriving broken.
If your order is delayed due to unusual circumstances we will notify you.
International Orders
Raven's Loft cannot guarantee any international orders shipped unless it is by "Express Global Priority" mail. This method is the only one that gives us the ability to track a package when it leaves the United States. If you choose any other method of shipment it will be at your discretion and responsibility.
Due to the inconsistency in the shipping prices when choosing methods of shipping, all international orders will now have to be notified of the final shipping costs after the order has been placed if there is a difference in the cost to method selected.
Example: if you select a "flat rate" method and the item does not suit that box size, another method or size box will be selected and 9 out of 10 times it is more expense.
When you place your order paying via regular payment through our webstore we will first email you the correct shipping cost for authorization and then process your order for the total amount if there is a difference in the cost.
When you place your order paying via Paypal we will first email you the correct shipping cost for approval and then invoice you via your Paypal account.
There is a $3.00 surcharge for processing international orders as we are charged a higher percentage processing rate.

Back orders
If an item is out of stock but still available we will automatically back order it . Back-ordered items are shipped at no charge.
Returns
Items may only be returned by prior authorization and within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us at returns@ravensloft.biz for a return authorization number.
Our accounting department will create a credit account for you for the amount of your return and deposit the dollar amount in your reward account unless otherwise arranged.
You may use this account for future purchases
 To support our Earth we use recycled shipping materials.

Raven's Loft is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Massachusettste of at the rate of 5.00%. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, duties and/or customs fees, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
