What is a Card Code?
A card code or CVC (Card Validation Code) is a three-digit code indent printed on the signature panel on MasterCard and Visa cards. It is an added security measure that can help merchants ensure that the buyer has the actual card in hand.

Shipping
We ship within 5-10 business days after the successful charge of your credit card.
- USPS Express arrives 1-2 days, depending on your location, and is guaranteed.
- USPS Priority arrives 2-4 days after shipping.
- USPS Parcel Post arrives 6-10 days after shipping.
We recommend Priority as the most economical and best service . Historically, USPS ships quickly and with care, lowering the chance of fragile pieces arriving broken.
If your order is delayed due to unusual circumstances we will notify you.
International Orders
Raven's Loft cannot guarantee any international orders shipped unless it is by "Express Global Priority" mail. This method is the only one that gives us the ability to track a package when it leaves the United States. If you choose any other method of shipment it will be at your discretion and responsibility.
There is an additional $2.00 added to the handling on all international orders.

Back-orders
If an item is out of stock we will automatically back order it . You will not be charged for the item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are shipped at no charge.
Returns
Items may only be returned by prior authorization and within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at returns@ravensloft.biz for a return authorization number.
Our accounting department will create a credit account for you for the amount of your return.
