Your credit card payment will be processed the day before or day of shipping of your order. Special orders will be charged immediately regardless of shipping date. PayPal payment are processed with the submission of your order.
Price and availability is subject to change without notice. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Raven’s Loft reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event of pricing discrepancy, Raven’s Loft reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to change the price as stated by the policy and notify you of the pricing change. Then you may decide to cancel your order or pay the additional amount. Shipping charges are estimated at time of checkout. Any adjustments necessary to ensure shipping and handling charges are accurately charged to your account will happen without notice, prior to shipping your order to your designated location, according to the posted charges at the carrier and our aforementioned per-order handing charges as noted above. DECLINED CARDS Please be advised: Due to a change in our credit card processor's policy we are now being charged a $2.00 service fee each time a credit card is declined. In order to keep our prices low it is necessary for us to pass this service fee on to the original card owner.

In some instances, an item may go out of stock before we have an opportunity to update our website. We may also be notified of back orders or product discontinuances from our many manufacturers that can have an effect on orders placed within our online shopping system. In order to ensure timely delivery of your orders and bypass delays due to any unforeseen problems, we will issue a STORE CREDIT for any out of stock or discontinued items on your order, along with any shipping charges, if applicable. This store credit will appear in the reward dollars section of you account and may be used like cash during checkout! All sales orders are to be considered final at time of checkout.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Raven’s Loft shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Raven’s Loft shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Raven’s Loft shall immediately issue a credit to the account from which you originally submitted payment for the amount of the charge. We strive to keep the prices on our Internet Store current and in the rare instance of a pricing change that is significant, we will notify you of the pricing change and allow you to determine cancellation or provide authorization for an additional charge to cover the difference in pricing.
Shipping option selected must reflect shipping charges associated with your order. If the shipping method chosen is not appropriate for your order we will adjust your shipping method and bill you for any additional charges. Rest assured that we will choose the cheapest and safest method available.
All orders are considered final at time of order submission. Unless otherwise noted, we require 3-10 business days to process, pack, and ship your order to you, regardless of shipping method selected. Some hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind or special order items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We offer a multi-shipment option in these cases, should you prefer not to wait for all items to be ready to ship (no additional charges will apply in most cases). Please note that shipment insurance is not provided for deliveries utilizing our standard USPS Priority Mail service unless requested and confirmed via email. All orders incur a single handling charge of $3.00 per order which is included in your calculated shipping costs shown at time of checkout. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Massachusetts
We are not responsible for packages after they leave our shipping department and are released to the postal service for delivery. We are not responsible for loss, breakage or other delivery problems associated with your shipment UNLESS optional shipping insurance (provided by the United States Postal Service) is purchased. Claims on insured packages must be made through and processed by the US Postal Service and not Raven’s Loft. However, we will assist you in filing any claims necessary should need arise. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us immediately after you place your order at customerservice@ravensloft.biz and leave a telephone number where you can be reached. We will process a second transaction for shipping insurance at your request using the method originally chosen for your purchase.
Raven’s Loft will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition as a result of a packing error. Reports must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Upon approval of merchandise return, Raven’s Loft will issue a Return Mail Authorization (RMA) number which must be listed on the outside of the returned package. Orders received without the RMA listed on the outside of the box will be returned and no credit will be issued. Returned merchandise must be received by Raven’s Loft within 10 business days of issuance of RMA. Raven’s Loft is not responsible for returned items being lost or broken in transit. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance on your returned merchandise.
Raven’s Loft will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE and ONLY if "intention to return" notification is received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. You must submit the reason for the return in your notification.

Raven’s Loft will issue a STORE CREDIT, in the form of Reward Dollars, in the amount in which you paid for the merchandise in US dollars, plus any applicable sales taxes you were charged for the item, less shipping and handling fees and 15% restocking fee. Store Credit will not be issued until the product is received by Raven’s Loft. Raven’s Loft is not responsible for returned items being lost or broken in transit. Raven’s Loft ships to all international locations. International Shipping or Global Express must be selected at time of checkout in order for your invoice to display actual shipping charges to your location. For any order received that does not display actual shipping charges due to unavailable or inappropriate shipping method selection or postal code error at time of checkout, we will adjust the order manually to reflect actual costs for your delivery via the cheapest method available through us. This new adjusted amount, which will include the cost of goods plus shipping for your order, will be reflected on your credit card or PayPal statement.
We ship all International Orders via USPS First Class or Global Priority Mail. We cannot be held responsible for shipments after they leave our shipping department and are released to the postal service for delivery. We are not responsible for loss, breakage or other delivery problems. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us immediately after you place your order at customerservice@ravensloft.biz. Please note that there is a firm NO RETURN policy for all International shipments. All Sales are Final. APO shipments are covered under our standard return policy as shown below.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery after shipment from our location as we have no control over customs delays. Please bear this in mind when ordering as it may take longer for you to receive your items (but well worth the wait, we assure you!).
Any additional charges not collected at time of order that are associated with USPS Express Mail shipping on International orders will be billed to the customer prior to shipping and will need to be paid in full prior to release of the order to the shipping carrier. These requirements will be upheld solely at the discretion of Raven’s Loft.
